You’ll be leading our business on marketplaces -- Amazon, Flipkart, etc. These are a significant part of our business
Your primary KPIs would be revenue metrics across the ecommerce that we are present in. We repeat -- revenue growth is your primary KPI. Sustainably, of course :)
You’d be building, managing and mentoring the team to create a high-growth but sustainable engine for the business. This would need bold decisions to meet aggressive targets. You’d have significant autonomy and budgets to experiment across all aspects of digital marketing.
You’ll be overseeing our advertising, pricing, inventory, and logistics strategy for these channels. You’ll be deciding which SKUs to prioritize. You’ll also be balancing our ecommerce partners and be responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship including negotiating margins and contracts.
Skills / Experience
Experience leading marketplace efforts of a VC-backed D2C or a digital-first brand is ideal.
Should have been part of an organization which derives significant revenue from online marketplaces: Amazon and Flipkart; Or have scaled the marketplace business significantly
Should have help PnL responsibility
In-depth understanding of all reports: Inventory, Advertising, and Financial
You should be comfortable working in a very fast-paced and ambiguous environment
A passion for your craft

Someone who has a strong interest, good taste, and spends time following branding-related aspects of communication. Eg: Copy, Aesthetics, Positioning etc.
Degree from a T1 college (IIT/IIM/BITS/Ivy League).
Brownie points to those with an interest in fitness and enjoys clean-eating!
