We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager/Manager - B2C Operations to lead and oversee our end-to-end B2C operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Management:
    • Oversee and manage the entire B2C operational workflow at 3PL warehouses, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
    • Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance metrics and operational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  3. Platform Management:
    • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and tools, including Unicommerce, to ensure efficient operations.
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Customer Focus:
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work proactively to enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint.
  5. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2C operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is a significant advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
