Role Overview
We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Executive to lead and execute innovative shopper marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand presence across retail touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and an understanding of consumer behavior at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Shopper Marketing Strategies
- Develop and execute shopper marketing plans that align with brand objectives and sales goals.
- Analyze shopper behavior and market trends to create targeted campaigns.
- Retail Campaign Management
- Collaborate with retailers and distributors to execute in-store promotions, activations, and merchandising.
- Ensure the brand is prominently positioned across retail channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of shopper marketing strategies.
- Liaise with external agencies for campaign execution and performance analysis.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of shopper marketing initiatives.
- Generate insights from campaigns to improve future strategies.
- Budget Management
- Manage and optimize the shopper marketing budget to ensure ROI and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in shopper or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and in-store marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
