Job Summary: Manage financial operations of the factory, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to support decision-making and enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations and accounting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and control factory expenses.
- Conduct cost analysis and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage financial audits and internal controls.
- Support plant management with financial insights and recommendations.
- Implement and maintain financial systems and software.
- Coordinate with corporate finance for reporting and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have prior experience with an FMCG or related
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
