About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, culturally tuned digital marketer to own Yogabar’s presence across social media, influencer partnerships, and website content.

This isn’t a scheduling role. It’s a creative, ownership-driven role where you’ll shape how Yogabar shows up online. You’ll work closely with our in-house creative team and collaborate with the Brand Manager to ensure everything ladders up to the larger brand story.


What You’ll Own

Social Media
• Own and execute Yogabar’s social media calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Spot trends, formats, and cultural moments—turn them into content, fast
• Track competitor strategies, extract insights, and implement best practices
• Measure performance, track impact, and continuously optimize
• Drive engagement through comments, replies, and community interactions
• Work with ORM agencies to manage conversations across platforms like Reddit

Influencer & Creator Marketing
• Identify and onboard influencers across fitness, food, and lifestyle (nano to mid-tier)
• Own the entire influencer lifecycle: scouting → outreach → briefing → execution → reporting
• Build strong creator relationships and drive meaningful collaborations

Website & Ads Content
• Support creative production for Meta ads (agencies, creators, shoot planning, delivery)
• Work with the D2C Growth team to align website content with ad funnels
• Contribute to high-converting content across landing pages and campaigns


What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in digital/social marketing (D2C/FMCG preferred)
• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Creative-first mindset — strong instincts for content, copy, or video
• Ability to write clear briefs and give sharp, actionable feedback
• Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (and how they actually work)
• Comfortable with data — you track, analyze, and iterate
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Bonus Points If You
• Are curious about AI in marketing (content, analytics, trendspotting)
• Understand how discovery is evolving (LLMs, AI search, etc.)
• Enjoy working with tools like Shopify, WordPress, or building microsites
