About the Role

Yogabar is a brand that lives in fitness studios, marathon starting lines, college cafeterias, and airport lounges — not just on shelves. This role is for someone who understands that the most powerful brand moments happen in the real world, and who can build and run the network that makes those moments happen at scale.

As our Brand Partnerships, Events & Communities Manager, you'll be the person who builds communities that create genuine affinity for the brand.

What You'll Own

Fitness & Sports Community Partnerships

• Build and manage a network of partnerships with run clubs, gyms, yoga studios, marathons, cycling communities, and other fitness-first spaces

• Negotiate barter and paid partnership deals — product placements, co-branded events, sampling, and brand visibility

• Track ROI of each partnership category; double down on what builds brand love

On-Ground Consumer Activations

• Bring alive the brand experience for the consumer by ensuring end-to-end design & implementation of activation programs across channels

• Work closely with the Institutional Sales team to activate Yogabar brand presence in airports, cafes, airlines, corporate campuses, and vending machine networks

• Plan and execute our presence at college fests, cultural events, and youth-focused platforms

• Build a campus ambassador program to drive trial and word-of-mouth

• Own event logistics end to end: stall design, sampling quantities, team coordination, and post-event reporting

Community Building

• Develop and manage online and offline communities of Yogabar loyalists — from WhatsApp communities to fitness groups

• Work with the social media team to turn community moments into shareable content

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years in brand activations, partnerships, events, or community marketing — ideally in FMCG, sports, food & beverage, or fitness

• Proven experience managing partnership negotiations and activation logistics

• Highly organized with the ability to run multiple partnerships simultaneously

• Comfortable on the road — this role requires travel for events and partner visits

• Commercially sharp — you understand the difference between vanity partnerships and ones that actually drive business or build the brand
