We are a Bangalore-based health-food brand. We are one of the most recognized health-food brands in the country. We are purpose-driven and on a mission to make the country eat healthier.
We believe in honest food labels and balanced nutrition. We take the harder route and make our products tasty without loading them up with junk ingredients. We do it because we all truly believe in our mission.
The company is founded by sisters Anindita and Suhasini Sampath (LBS, Wharton, IIM-C, and BITS Pilani). Yogabars has been nominated as one of the top women-led Indian startups by various publications.
We are venture-capital funded and our institutional investors include SAIF Partners and Fireside Ventures. We also have several distinguished industry leaders as investors and active members of our board.
ITC has recently announced a strategic acquisition of the company. It will initially acquire a 47.5% stake in Sproutlife Foods(parent company of yoga bar), and complete the acquisition in tranches, by March 31, 2025.

Job Description:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaboration and coordination with other teams and coordinating with them to resolve customer issues
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualification:
Graduated in any department.
Experience in Customer Service role (Minimum 1 year)
