Job Description: Junior Key Account Manager (Offline Sales)                           
Role Overview:
As a Junior Key Account Manager for Offline Sales, you will manage and grow relationships with key retail partners, drive sales, and ensure brand visibility in offline channels. This role demands excellent communication, execution skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Execution: Ensure product availability, visibility, and timely delivery across retail outlets.
  • Promotions & Merchandising: Plan and implement trade promotions and in-store activations, ensuring brand standards.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration:

Work closely with logistics to ensure seamless inventory flow and on-time deliveries.

Partner with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth execution of sales strategies.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Master’s degree, fresher or with 1 year of FMCG sales experience (offline channel preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel as needed.
