Job Description:
You’ll be working with our E-commerce Operations team, working from our Head office in Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore
- Overall stock monitoring across all E-commerce Channels
- Data Entry for Purchase Orders for B2B E-commerce channels
- GRN Process: Tracking and reporting all Purchase orders received at Channel warehouses and coordinating with the internal operations team to understand and report gaps
- Ensuring in-stock, fill rates, appointments, and reporting Dispatch and Delivery TATs
- Ensure adherence to Order Processing SLAs for Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart and other
- B2C channels
- Online E-commerce Marketplace replication tracking and helping improve stock availability with data-led insights
