1. Experience in CFA Depot Operations
2. Knowledge in local language
3. Functional knowledge in Excel and any ERP (SAP, Navision etc.,)
4. Good operative knowledge in Tally. Should do billing in Tally.
5. Good in Logistics planning / Dispatch planning / Route planning / Warehouse Management / Managing Warehouse team etc.,
6. Co-ordination with Modern Trade Sales Team , PO Management (including getting PODs on time), Billing, Stocks Management, Appointments management, Planning both non-appointment & appointment-based deliveries etc.,
7. Knowledge on the delivery metrics (type/ cost/ TAT etc.,) for various locations within the state and inter-state as required.
8. MIS reports - Weekly Stock Count (Cycle Count) / Ageing Analysis / Daily updating Out-Station tracker/ PODs management etc.,
9. Monthly Stock reconciliation - Physical Vs System
10. Managing CFA Team (WH & Billing) & Co-ordination with HO SCM & Finance Teams
